I bought this because I have chronic foot pain to the toes. I read the description and it impressed me. After reading a piece of paper that was supposed to be a guide, I finally had everything set up. I pressed start and it inflated and deflated in first and second modes. He did what he had to do, but no news came. There was a bit of heat. I continued reading this little book to see what I was missing. The instructions didn't tell me what to do. I will definitely be returning this item unless I get better instructions or feedback on it.
