I'm 5'2', 115#, I ordered a small. As has been said by many reviewers, this is a soft shirt. It is very soft and also very warm. The length is just right. It's perfect for a base layer, but it's too tight in the armpit area for me. I don't have particularly large arms, torso and seams, so other people may have the same issue. The photo shows the fabric wrinkling in the armpit area because it is too tight. If you are annoyed by tight clothing in the armpit, increase the size. I will exchange it for Wednesday.
