I love that it is so easy for me as an intern at my current organization to find new opportunities using this tool - there are no limits or restrictions placed by employers in terms of what their open positions look like when they use this service. This also allows us to be proactive rather than reactive with our searches/hiring process which has been really helpful throughout all stages of hiring during our internship program here within the HR department; we have received some fantastic resumes from candidates who weren't even looking but came across them through searching via Nodeflairs website. Nothing yet! It would definitely improve if more information about jobs could be shared between users (such as salary range). Additionally, since NodeFlairs uses LinkedIn profiles, sometimes people do not know how best to format themselves online for certain job descriptions. If someone doesn't fit into any specific category then he may need help figuring out how to present himself.
