Benefits:+ Personalization: Adjustable: Armrest Height, Forward/Backward Tilt, Lumbar Tension, Seat Height+ Leather Look Finish+ Durability+ Fairly Quiet. Cons: - Adjustment levers are a bit difficult to reach - Poor ventilation (can cause back sweating in warmer temps) - Armrests too far apart (each about 1 inch closer to center) - Quite heavy. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. The previous chair only allowed seat height adjustment and had no armrests. So I think this chair is a big upgrade. Armrests seem to help with back pain (for reference: I'm about 5'8", 150 pounds). .)
