Current beauty test

Aesthetic mannequin with natural hair, ideal for students, school children or professionals who practice bleaching, coloring, cutting or styling techniques. I was very apprehensive reading the reviews but after getting this head I'm pretty sure the most popular reviews here are from people who have never received a mannequin head or mannequin education in their schools. First of all, yes, hair has nits on the strands, both real and artificial. This is normal for cosmetic mannequins. It is sometimes said that this is done so students learn to check for nits and lice when examining the head. In fact, that's pretty simply because mannequins are usually made from a discarded wig. Because of this, as one reviewer noted, "the ends are jagged and jagged". Yes of course they are disheveled and uneven - you need to trim this mannequin with the ends intentionally left in bad condition to get the maximum length. If you want a mannequin with nice pre-cut hair, you'll either pay a lot more than $38 for a human one, or you can get a gorgeous synthetic one for around $25. As for the length, I would be careful. matches the list. It's uneven, with sparse ends, but that's okay for a training manikin because you're learning to clip those ends. I also have a whole bunch of 20 inch hair instead of "just a strand or two". Even in places where the hair is ugly, everything is fine again. You can still learn how to trim uneven hair initially. In fact, that's the whole point. Even if this hair had active, live, real nits or lice when it went into production (highly unlikely since mannequin hair is sterilized, stripped and dyed), the head will be shipped in plastic packaging. Bag so there is no need to repack for security reasons. The production date on mine is 21.07. and today is 10/27/21 which means it has been in that plastic bag for at least 3 months. Not a single louse will survive, especially as there is NO FOOD SOURCE FOR THE LICE on the mannequin head. According to the law, they cannot live without food, without air, without bleaching, dyeing and sterilizing. Don't forget that before they were attached to this head they weren't attached to anything and who knows how long they were in the factory. Any remaining nits you find on a strand of mannequin hair are likely to be dead within 6 months. Also, there's literally no doubting it's human hair, and at $38, they're significantly better than the mannequins we got can be purchased directly from our school for $30. Her hair is at least 3-4 inches longer, noticeably thicker, and the color is harder to lift, so for the extra $8 I'm very happy with the quality. They are almost uncomfortably soft, straight and of medium texture so they are very bendable and easy to cut and style This is pretty much 1A/1B hair so if you burn/melt the hair on this mannequin lower the temperature of your styling tool This hair can be effectively styled at a temperature of 325-375. If you have 400+ you run the risk of burning or melting the hair of this texture. Alright, this already has 2500,000 reviews in total, so will you read mine? Will it help? I hope so, but idk. Whether you are a Cosmo student, an educator, a professional technician, or just anyone in the industry looking for an easy cut/color mannequin that is inexpensive and has at least 5-6 cuts under the back of the head , I really feel like you are buying this with confidence, knowing that nits are not a problem, the hair is actually very beautiful (FOR A CUT) and it also takes on/off the color fairly easily. The soft inside of the neck is probably my only minor complaint because I prefer mannequins with a hard inner canal as the soft ones tend to slip down my mannequin stand, but it's such a minor issue that I don't care how long the hair is good . Highly recommended. PS I don't normally ask for upvotes, but since many of the best reviews on this mannequin are relatively useless alarming tirades about nits and hair quality, please hit the helpful button for at least one or two other reviews. You may be trying to counter these claims. I hate seeing space students overpay for a mannequin because the more you can invest the more you can practice your skills!
