I have used my cricut mat for years now and have used the tutorials online for a DIY cleaning. This extended the life of the mats by a while but it is finally time for me to replace them. These mats work fairly well but I'm not sure if they will have the lasting longevity of the brand named mats. Even so these are a fraction of the cost so even if they last half as long and I can still try to clean them, it is worth it. The grippy seems pretty strong even on the standard strength (which is the same with the cricut mats when new too).
