What I like best about Roxhill are their amazing data analytics for industry insights which helps to understand what’s influencing my business more so than any other tool i've used before! And they really care about your success as an organization too. So many tools just want to sell another subscription or give you some quick tips but not all take this into consideration when providing support afterwards. Also it can be difficult at first how exactly everything works together since each section seems individual (Analytics, Reports etc.) so do go through all sections once and check if something doesn't make sense to you. Take them up on the free trial, we use their reporting features and have realized tremendous benefits. It has become our 'go to' resource whenever we need a competitive market research report or insightful commentary. The easy to use interface and the fact that you can see where you are in your pipeline. The platform is not as robust as I would like. The platform has been slow to update and the platform is very buggy. I would highly recommend Roxhill for someone who needs a robust media monitoring tool. We are able to monitor all of our client's news, social media and traditional media.
