This is exactly as described, fitted (fits true to size but not skin tight like a rashguard or wetsuit) and comfortable swim/surf shirt. Note: This is not a rashguard, this is a UPF t-shirt, a quick-drying fabric. It's exactly what I wanted for long days at the beach when I don't want to sunbathe, but it's no substitute for a proper surf or dive rashguard. Overall it appears to be well made with lots of overlapping stitching. at all seams and stress points. Only real criticism, it absolutely stinks out of the box. Be sure to wash before wearing. Only time will tell how it holds up to the sea, pool, sun and washing machine but for the price if I get a season of this I'll be delighted.
