I like that they have helped me gain more leads for my business, which is what we were looking to do when hiring them in our first year of being online! The staff at Digi-Lit are very knowledgeable about their products as well so it's easy to get recommendations from people who use similar services or software themselves - even if you don't end up using those specific tools yourself (which isn’t always ideal).

It would be nice not having an initial consultation/meeting before signing any contracts but this was just something out of control between us all parties involved; however since then there has been no issues whatsoever nor does anything need changing after speaking directly via email / phone calls etc..
