Good project! the best receivers and amplifiers

First of all, be careful what you order. There are two separate sets as the same product. The more expensive one has a high spectrum LED panel (and apparently requires some SMD soldering) while the cheaper one has 11 multicolor LEDs and it's all through holes. I went with the cheaper kit as I don't see any benefit in having a couple of bulbs on the back of the unit. The soldering you will be doing in this project is just components on a small circuit board on the bottom, plus some wire connections. This is very good soldering practice for beginners and didn't take long. Follow the QR code link in the box for instructions. It would be nice if they also put the URL that the QR code points to on the QR sticker for easy desktop access. together and are unfamiliar with working on acrylic. I can forgive the reviewers who said it didn't work: it's not very obvious how you should solve it and they completely miss how to do it in the instructions. This is a part of the project where they could really improve the experience by showing how best to put them together. I assembled my case without breaking anything, but it was a test of patience as I slowly figured out how to do it. . One thing I found helpful was using a magnet on the side of the nuts while slowly tightening the bolts. This prevented the nuts/bolts from sticking to the speaker magnets. Be careful not to overtighten the screws or they will pop out of position or the acrylic will break! TIP: Note that the top plate is actually inserted into the speaker plates, so it might be easier to start with that (rather than making the mistake I made and realized at the very end). The sound of the finished device is decent for what it is. Good enough that I stick it on one of my computers to use as an output when I want to show the kids something (I usually just use headphones). The light on the unit is really cool - no complaints. even if I didn't have the large LED bar like the more expensive model. They are very animated and colorful. I haven't experimented with using maps or USB sticks, but I've connected Bluetooth to my Android phone and Linux desktop with no problems. The remote control also works as described.
