The fact that we can connect our CRM with EIP allows us to have better visibility of leads in real time without having to rely completely on salespeople or another team for these insights. There are some connectors I wish were more robust, but it's still pretty good! Not much - just make sure you read up on best practices as there are certain rules around using this product (or any third-party connector) which is not well documented at times. We're solving a lot of challenges related to lead management by automating processes and providing insights into what stage each opportunity has reached within our pipeline.
