"Wear Resistant " NOT ACCURATE!

Bought in May, less than a dozen made. The hole that the flex bars go in literally WEARED into an oval and popped out when I bent the handle of a soft metal spoon, broke a joint and lost the flex bar and grip on the floor. I'm so upset that I paid $198 for something that doesn't work properly or doesn't have the appeal it claims. I have reported the issue, am waiting for a full refund and will purchase Pepe Toole. Don't buy this. Now I'm a sitting duck waiting for money to buy a better tool. I should put one star but it should be ZERO STARS. That's crap.
