Computer looks nice and costs pretty reasonable when it works. On the second day, my computer started freezing with a black screen, requiring a forced restart. The error logs indicate a problem with the GPU, PSU, or MB. I am in the process of arranging a return for an exchange and will update this review once I see how it works. However, it's quite annoying to pay all that money for a pre-built computer to avoid the headache of DIY. getting more headaches than I would have anyway. Edit I ended up returning it for a refund. Due to the holidays, it was very difficult to reach customer service and the whole process was unnecessarily complicated. Revain's customer service needs some improvement as they promised to call Thermaltake and sort it out for me. They never bothered and I had to call them back.
