This cable is awesome! Build quality is Anker's usual level - certainly better and more durable than most HDMI cables these days. We've seen a definite leap in colors and image quality over the previous cable, which was once a high-end gaming cable (admittedly about 15 years old). But something is holding these last stars back: 1- The heads are long, maybe an inch and a half between head and neck. I wish they were shorter. 2- I really want the jackets to be plated. Yes. I know it's pretty overdone in newer versions of HDMI, but it's still a mark of quality in the industry. 3- The cable was sent in an envelope and the box arrived quite crumpled and torn. I don't often keep boxes so I just threw them away but it's frustrating for me, I wonder what the cable has endured in transit. The $30 cable deserves to be shipped in a box. However, this is required. Anker makes a fantastic cable for the price.
