Doesn't fit USB Gadgets

The light was great and made a difference on Zoom calls but the suction cup is absolutely awful and doesn't hold up at all. I have an iMac. There were no instructions in the kit and there is one part I don't know where it goes. The charging cable is also short. You have to remove the top to charge with the cable.
