Before that, there were Arctis 7, they had to be charged every two days, but these hold less than a day. Also, DTS (surround sound) does not work if a VPN is installed. There was a similar problem with Arctis 7 and Arctis 3, but I hoped that they fixed it, it turned out that it wasnโt and support officially says that surround sound only works if you remove the VPN. Like their other headsets - a rather weak microphone. The speech quality is excellent, but the voice volume is weak. Of course, you can increase it with third-party programs, but again - I hoped that they would be better than 7x, but it turns out that it's worse. The only plus is wireless operation via bluetooth, and they switch from the PC base to the phone by pressing one button. Haven't decided yet whether to return it or not, but I'm not happy with it.
