So where to start. Whoever designed the water hole placed it in a stupid spot that made it difficult to fill. It says you can add ice crystals but the bottom won't come off so you could try sticking something in the tiny hole at the top. Now let's talk about the settings. One setting is just regular light that doesn't change colors, no fan, so pretty much a useless setting. There is decent wind in other settings, I'll take it outside tomorrow to see how it behaves. I have it on sale and decided to give it a try. But I'm afraid this will be a flashback.
