This product doesn't melt wax

I bought 3 of these wax melters from Asawasa, one of them is amazing and it doesn't take long to melt the wax and release the fragrance. #2 doesn't melt the wax at all and the light inside is on the side which can be a fire hazard. #3 The light is also shifted to the side and it takes quite a while for the wax to melt. So 1 out of 3 works fine. I've used Scentsy in the past and was looking for something less expensive. Also, wax warmer liners will not fit these
