I've had a huge $400 DSLR stabilizer for a long time, but it's overkill if you want to shoot with your phone. So I was curious to see if this inexpensive stabilizer holder would give me good stabilization and I wasn't disappointed! I use videos from my phone to watch real estate videos and this keeps my phone in perfect vertical alignment no matter how much I move the gimbal. I have to admit I'm not a selfie person and I wear sunglasses for that. So if you need a selfie stick, phone tripod, and video stabilizer all in one without breaking the bank, this is probably the best bang for your buck. Oh, and a little hack shown in the last image. : To prevent the holder from pressing the phone's power or volume buttons, simply use a small piece of tape next to these buttons as shown in the picture.
