The most I like about them is that they are reliable with their servers and customer service. They make sure everything works well for you so there's no downtime or lag in your website or emails. It also makes it easier to manage one site because all of my domains and sites are hosted here. There isn't anything really bad but I think more options should be available when choosing between different hosts such as DNS records which can seem very confusing sometimes. If this host is working fine for you then do not worry too much about switching hosts. You will get used to their platform pretty quickly once you've managed multiple websites without any issues. We have many websites under our management including blog platforms, e-commerce stores, etc.
