Not only useless for wellness and relaxation
Bought because I have very bad ankle pain, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis etc. Obviously I needed an external battery before purchasing as there was nothing in the box to power it. I thought it would be rechargeable but it isn't. Uncomfortable, not perfect. Having said that, I was fortunate to have one and tried various functions and was very unhappy as I felt nothing. The return went smoothly and I was very happy about it.
