I have been using trax to keep track of my shipments in real time with multiple carriers, but also being able to see the status within our shipment tracking system as well. The customer support has always been quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. Sometimes it is helpful if they can send you an email or text message when something happens that needs attention. So far so good! I am only trying them out right now, but so far everything looks great. Just need more training and experience before making final recommendations. Shipping invoices and keeping track of all incoming/outgoing shipments.
