I have been using trax to keep track of my shipments in real time with multiple carriers, but also being able to see the status within our shipment tracking system as well. The customer support has always been quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. Sometimes it is helpful if they can send you an email or text message when something happens that needs attention. So far so good!
