My husband had another brand's feather pillow LONG before we met (we've been together for 11 years), it's all terribly worn and ugly! Very comfortable, full and thick. As for firmness, I'll say it's not too firm (that's what a feather pillow should feel like). It also doesn't go completely flat when you lay your head on it, which is also something my husband and I love as we both have neck issues. For us it is perfect and does not irritate our neck problems. So if you are looking for toughness, this is not for you. I am very happy with my purchase. So much so that I hate that I didn't get one either because we fight over it sometimes lol. It arrived quickly and was vacuum packed, which I also really liked. I bought the queen size.
