Like most people, I looked up reviews and search before buying and am very happy with it! I used it mainly standing up and with other review tips, have it backwards when standing and works great! This mini elliptical is perfect for in home use as the full ellipticals are pricey and take up a lot of space.I am happy that I can move it around the house to get it out of the way and can use it while watching TV. Also it is a good size weight so sturdy enough where you won't feel like it will collapse. I'm around 5'6 and 135lbs for reference. My fiance is around 6'2 and uses it when he is sitting and approves of it. He uses it more for getting some light cardio.What I love most about this is gives me a good cardio work out when I do some squats on it or use some light weights on it so can be really effective! Also when I cant be bothered to stand I use it while sitting down and feels like a nice light cardio.Bottom line it's so convenient to use so you will end up using it instead of bulky items that collect dust in another room.
