The support team is always ready to help in any way they can, even if it means an additional charge for their time/effort! I appreciate this aspect of working here at PTH as opposed than some other companies where you cannot get direct access without paying extra fees or requesting permission from higher-ups first.
If there's anything that could be improved upon then perhaps more flexibility around email setup - maybe have different levels depending what level within your organization? For our business we require daily monitoring which requires multiple people checking status each day via phone calls etc (and sometimes also sending emails). Managing all these notifications easily would allow us greater efficiency when managing internal communications during peak hours / busy periods across departments throughout office space located hundreds miles away over several countries & continents!! This service has streamlined communication between employees who are spread out geographically but need constant updates regarding progress towards meeting KPIs set by senior management teams both locally AND globally through various offices worldwide.
