I used to have an old, long, rubber coated dish rack and I missed it. My dishes were scattered and taking up too much closet space. Although this holder only had 3 holders instead of 4 and looked like it was slightly raised, I took a risk and ordered it. What a wonderful stand. Very durable and well covered. The stand is higher. where the small plates go. Which they shouldn't be. However, this does not negatively affect the product. I have large dinner plates, dinner plates, bread plates and a couple of saucers. All fit easily on this shelf, and although each section is fully "boxed", each panel can be easily removed. A high quality shelf that immediately freed up a lot of space in my kitchen cupboard. What a great purchase!
