I bought this MacBook because I needed a well-built (durable), fast and compact laptop that could handle everyday tasks as well as be creative on the go (I'm trying to get into the photo and get into video editing). This laptop ticked everything off my list. Also, I need a laptop that syncs easily with my phone (iPhone 11 Pro). I love that I can take calls, reply to texts, and read emails automatically between all my devices without having to set anything up or pick up the phone. In my opinion, the screen is also one of the best for viewing. I briefly had the 2019 MacBook Pro 13 entry-level 2-port model but quickly returned it as 2-ports is quite limited, I wasn't happy with the performance and the butterfly keyboard wasn't my favorite and was making me anxious. I'm glad I waited a bit for this upgrade before going to the higher end model as I'm actually saving money not having to buy any upgrades to get the 16 gigabytes of RAM I wanted, and I also get double the memory. That means I don't have to buy an external SSD until I'm much closer to being creative. Right now I'm very impressed with the MacBook Pro, and it's by far my favorite laptop simply because it works so well with other gadgets I have. The only thing I could complain about is that it still feels expensive for the specs, but you get what you pay for, it's a premium, durable laptop that outperforms any laptop I've bought in the past and which appear cheap. If I run into any issues I will update my review but I can't wait to keep diving.
