I don't think there are headbands that get rid of headaches but these are fine. I don't get occasional headaches from them, but most of the time I still have them. Haven't found the perfect bandage yet, so maybe it's sold out. They are very beautiful and hold the hair well. The problem I have is that with thin hair it really gets stuck on the head as the hair is thick enough to soften the headband.
