This is the 5th or 6th pair of these I’ve purchased. I love them for my own shoes, but they are great for my kids as they make their shoes easy to slip on and off and at 4 and 6 they can tighten and loosen them up easily. I had a slight issue with this order (the end piece fell off a day after I put it on/ possibly user error) and they immediately responded to my request for a replacement part. Will continue to buy these forever!
