I'm one of those who never leave negative reviews, but in this case it's necessary. Although the product looks so easy to use in the video, this kit was very disappointing and ultimately a waste of time and money. As directed in the instructions, to tighten the nuts, insert a wrench between two nuts and tighten until snug. Then use a wrench to remove the second top nut, leaving the first bottom nut on the back of the strut. The problem is that when the second nut is properly tightened it is so tight against the first that when the second is loosened the first nut goes with it and the whole assembly comes loose again. And with the screw head's tamper-proof feature, you can't use a screwdriver to prevent it from turning when you're trying to remove it. I ended up having to use an angle grinder to remove the rotating screws and it ruined the finish on my sign. There is currently no way to get a refund. Don't waste money. find another way
