Victoria by Dr. Arthritis was kind enough to send replacements quickly after I ordered too large. The gel on either side of the ankle is wonderfully cooling and the ankle support is sufficient to stabilize those who have broken both ankles at least twice each. Thanks to this support, I can walk pain-free again. They fit easily in place of my tennis shoes.
