Review on Optimize Your Video Shooting with Magnus VT-350 Video Tripod and Fluid Head by Steven Emberling

I like the height and overall strength of this tripod. But I bought two and both have lasted just over a year without the same problem, one of the legs came off the frame. It slides back in, but as a solid everyday tripod I've lost faith in it. I don't take this outside, only use it for inside interviews so it's poor workmanship not abuse. Really disappointed and I would pay for an upgraded version of this tripod. The update sent a photo of these tripods disassembled and their response was to use "Gorilla Glue" to fix it. Even at these prices, finding a company with less ridiculous customer service is a better choice. That's how I ended up at this company.
