I bought this item to move my microphone away from my desk and closer to me during streaming sessions. I am using a Razer Seiren X mic and the adapter (5/8 to 3/8) works great with this mic. The price was really affordable and it worked for my setup. If I need a larger mic arm in the future I will buy one at this point. Easy setup right out of the box. The springs adjust as needed and are strong enough to hold the mic at any angle I need. Overall a good product and I would recommend it as a budget mic mount. Well packaged, all parts were boxed and sealed. The instructions are simple. However, be careful when removing the microphone holder from the packaging. The sleeve is elastic over the packaging and may cause injury if removed from the packaging. Hold your hand when you take it out of the box to prevent it from opening and injuring you or anyone nearby. Thanks very much!
