as you saw I rated 1610 4 stars it's the management when the suitcase is really loaded what confuses it! the handle to pull or push bites your hands and be aware that you don't need a gym in the evenings if you want to carry it up or down the stairs (so far filled up to 30kg max and had a good carry exercise to take with you !) great suitcase, really big enough for most trips, unfortunately not light (airlines/weight restrictions!), four latches open well but you have to be careful to align the lid to close! Whatever you put inside stays safe and secure, two ways. enough foam to keep your delicate devices in place, just the bottom layer doesn't fit, and maybe buy me another one, for home storage, perfect, love the brown color
