Updated rating after excellent customer service. A pretty solid device for the price. The hardware looks and feels premium. The display is solid for the price, my original unit had a dead pixel. I was contacted by their excellent customer support and the new device was provisioned for me and received within days. In fact, the device has some neat software tricks. Mini notifications are good when watching YouTube and listening. Turn on the music and plug in the headphones to open the application. A small bubble will appear. I'm used to the tactile motor, for the price it's okay. Not the best I've used, but manageable. In fact, the front camera is pretty good. With the right lighting, it looks as good as phones twice the price. The rear camera is also pretty good for the price. All in all a pretty solid budget device with a great battery thanks to the Snapdragon 665. The chip might be a bit old but for the average user you won't notice a single real tag. daily differences for normal tasks.
