I love this and wear it everyday. As an autistic person, I feel like it muffles sound in the exact perfect amount - enough that i don't get overwhelmed, while still being able to hear what is going on around me if needed. If I combine this with an internal ear muffs, i don't hear any sound whatsoever. A blessing. Plus, it is also very comfortable and does not pressure the head or the ears.
