not waterproof/lining is not attached
they're OK. I only bought them to take my dog for walks in my neighborhood that has a lot of trails and a lot of wet areas due to the lakes. First time I wore them my feet got wet just from stepping in shallow puddles. Also the lining inside the shoe is not attached so it will crumble up underneath your feet so you either have to glue it down yourself or take it out. I kept them because that's just my dog walking shoes.
