Packing made really easy but the big plus is that you can actually sort clothes on the go: most of the cubes only served as drawers for me and my husband and besides my clothes I have ours Wardrobe not unpacked. We left most of our clothes unbuttoned in the dresser. I didn't use a shoe bag but it's BIG, definitely fits 2-3 size 6 shoes easily. I have the smallest cube for bathing suits and 2 small glass bottles of liquor (0.75L) that we bought on holiday , taken home. I wrapped them in newspaper and plastic bags and put them between my bathing suits: they didn't tear. The cubes appear to be well made, the zippers click easily and there was no bad smell when I unpacked them, they were all ready to go. .I would recommend these cubes, they really help with packing (and tucking away!) on vacation. PS Little tip: I used a larger mesh laundry bag along with the cubes to keep all my underwear in one place. This way the small parts could be easily put into empty spaces in the case without breaking them.
