The product fails within 2 weeks with the message "Load error detected ".
Worked about two weeks, then still says "Load error detected. Disconnect and reconnect the charger from the camera connector side. If this error persists, read the KB article on charging errors in and out a few times, changed batteries, even tried using a different camera and outlet but the cable isn't working properly.
