Order an extender belt unless you are a size 2 because I am a woman and wear a size 8 and it fits more like a corset. I have to wear it on the smallest, highest part of my waist which keeps the bottles under my chest! I'm not fat at all - the belt is tiny! I'm an avid hiker and would rather wear it over my thighs.
