Simple to use. It's easy to set up alerts and get them out to the right people. The dashboards are easy to navigate. I like that you can customize what you want to see. There are some things that could be improved in terms of the UI. I would love if there were more options in terms of how often you wanted to refresh your dashboard. Also, it would be nice if we could have an option for when to send notifications. We use this software to monitor our servers and applications. It has been very helpful in tracking down problems quickly.
