I like that it is very easy to use for all different types of users whether they are new or experienced in form creation/management online! It's also really affordable compared to other solutions out there (iCloudForms included).

The customer service has been great too. Sometimes when you're trying something completely unique, support can be hard to find at times but overall we've had no problems working through them so far. We have used this product internally as well which makes things even easier since everyone already knows how to utilize their own tools without needing outside help from someone who doesn't know what they're doing yet either! This tool allows us to digitize many aspects of paperwork including creating quick surveys via Google Form questions, collecting signatures digitally, uploading documents into folders etc.
