Bought these 2 packs and the first cartridge worked like clockwork. Printed clear copies with no problems, at a much lower price than anywhere else. However, the 2nd cartridge was defective and continued to cause paper jams. Not sure what the problem is, but when I replaced the defective toner everything worked great. When I tried the faulty toner again, I got a paper jam. Tried at least 4 or 5 times. I notified the seller and got really great customer service. They quickly sent a new one which I received just days after I informed them of the problem. The new one works great too.
