This t-shirt is comparable to the Lands End t-shirts of 20 years ago. The collar hugs the neck and stays high, like an "old school" turtleneck rather than a mannequin, slouchy hood, or modern tee. Cotton is softer and thicker than usual, so it will keep you warmer than most other things and won't stick. This top isn't tight, but it doesn't look bulky either. I'm 5'2 and 117 pounds and bought the medium based on the reviews. I should have bought my regular little ones for a slimmer fit so I put them in the dryer on medium speed the first wash and they shrunk a bit. The sleeves are raised 1/4 inch and the hem is raised 1 inch.
