This pillow is a LIFE SAVING! Around the 20th week of pregnancy I got very severe back pain and couldn't sleep well. I have slept soundly every night since getting this pillow and it has relieved my back pain so much. I use it for sleeping, lounging on the couch, I even used it on an 8 hour car ride. I love that there is a zip on one side that you can detach and attach to use however you like. Personally, I removed the side where you can unzip and placed it between my knees for maximum overnight support. I was a little nervous about buying it based on previous reviews but I have to say it was delivered as described. I just needed a bit of fluff about shipping and it was great from night one. 10/10 would honestly recommend this pillow to any pregnant woman or anyone with back pain.
