20180810: Great flash. I have three of these now. I used them on a 9 hour shoot and the flash batteries never ran out and the flash always worked. These units work in radio or photo mode, in TTL or manual mode and in strobe mode. They support HSS and also act as a transmitter if you want to connect it directly to the camera. The devices offer lens beam control up to 200 mm. My fourth flash is the TT600 but mostly I rely on these V860 units because the lithium power supply lasts much longer. 20180811: Sorry, I have to downgrade to 4 stars. I still like these flashes but I found a serious flaw in their design. Mounting plate is made of plastic. In the past, Godox made flashes with metal brackets. Now they are plastic and break. Today I had a slight tipping of the stand, not a big tipping, nothing catastrophic, also the screen was not damaged, but the acceleration put too much stress on the bracket and it broke, which allowed the device to detach from the shoe. It still works, but now I need to build it into the adapter. The device holder carries the entire device, which is relatively heavy. Godox should never have used plastic for a small part that has to support the entire flash.
