Review on Convenient USB Port Nightstand - Casual Home Warm Brown (New) by Shannon Myers

So first let me say I really wanted to give this product a higher rating. Firstly, the wood quality and general build quality is fantastic for the price. It's all solid wood and assembles fairly quickly, although I had to use 5 small washers on the drawer handle to hold it in place. They look nice, solid and well built, especially considering ab trainers cost twice as much. Now for the cons. I bought two of these and on one the USB charger doesn't work at all. The blue LED stays on (it's insanely bright) but the power button doesn't work and none of the 4 USB ports work at all. If I were to rate this item purely on the cost of the furniture I would give it 5 stars but the USB ports were a defining feature for me so the fact that it doesn't work rules out a review. Now I'm in a difficult situation. These tables were packed very well but it would be impossible to return this item. Now it's fully assembled and the packaging wouldn't match even if I had an engineering background. If there was a way to just get me a USB connector, that seems like a very easy fix, but I can't figure out how to contact the manufacturer. I will update it, the company solves this problem to my satisfaction without having to completely disassemble it and send it back because the table itself is fantastic.
