E. the utility from ralinka is installed without any problems, switches to Soft Up mode, to access point mode, BUT you definitely need to shamanize with permission to connect other computers / devices to the Internet of the distributing computer, you need to go into the connection properties of the main Internet, put down the checkboxes for permission to connect and Parameters, try different options - in the end it should connect. I highly recommend it to those who need to organize Wi-Fi for ridiculous money.
