Having reviewed many travel organizer bags I would highly recommend this one. It is very well constructed with a sturdy metal hanger and bar sewn into the 12 inch upper case providing excellent support for the bag. There are 4 zippered pockets of different sizes. I use the top one for patches, eye drops, ointment, lens cleaner. The next 2 pockets have divided sections with wide elastic straps that keep everything in place and expand to hold many travel size items. The 4th compartment is the largest with a zip that opens to store larger items in the clear plastic front. Overall this product has a great design and because it folds in half it doesn't take up much space and the strap keeps the bag secure. I love being able to put it open and flat in the suitcase, it's either on the bottom or on top which gives more room for clothes.
